The secret dairy of a thirty something Karateka.

Hello all, and welcome to my blog. I’m the Secret Karateka.

I created this blog to document and track my progress in Karate, while keeping this a secret from the majority of my friends.

My family know and a couple of Friends know that I’m a Karateka, but the vast majority of people including my closest Friends and work colleagues do not know.

Earlier this year I started to go to Karate just to take my son and niece, but after a few week I thought I should join in as it seemed like fun, and since then I’ve been hooked.
